This is a lovely take on fancy glasses for the table. Please please uma, get these back in stock! Modcloth is a wonderful place to find lovely things, but they often buy their items from stores like target and resell to unsuspecting consumers. This doubles the price which is unneeded for a practical gal like myself. I always want good quality items, at fair prices, without having to skimp on looks. Isn't that what everyone wants?

Sometimes Ikea can make you all warm and fuzzy on the inside. This is one of those times. Not sure what the name means. I think it's swedish for awesome mirror.

A book without a cover

Artichoke pendant light $75.00

I love this concept. Making a lamp out of old book pages sounds like an excellent idea. However this could really be made by anyone with some basic crafting skill. All you'd need is a very large circle punch, copious amounts of glue, old books, and a large paper lantern. It's lovely, but hardly worth what they are asking. 

For the birds

In truth birds are jerks. They bite, scratch, and crap everywhere. That however doesn't keep them from being beautiful to look at. Mini dinosaurs with lovely displays. So for the rest of you guys that share in this love hate relationship, this is for you.

Simple and Clean

Lets be honest. I love this bed. I've seen many platform beds with a simple design, but there's just something about this one that makes it so versatile. With the addition of the neutral gray it really gives a lot  of possibilities for a space. There are similar beds at Ikea, but you always get the feeling that they might fall apart. I've heard horror stories of broken slats and collapsing beds when it comes to Ikea. It'd probably be safer and cheaper to make one.
